Andrew spent more than fifteen years as an equity research analyst and nearly a decade as a partner at a boutique institutional asset manager in Burlington, covering U.S. small- and mid-cap technology and software companies. He began his career at IDC, one of the world's leading technology research firms.

Andrew has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Society of Vermont. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, where he studied International Relations, Economics, and Religious Studies.

Andrew lives in South Burlington with his wife and their four children. He has a long history of community involvement in the Burlington area, including board service for local non-profits and volunteer coaching in youth sports.
