Allyssa joined the Pathway team in 2018, bringing with her a diverse professional background that includes roles with the Department of Homeland Security and in international publishing, where she focused on finance and anti-piracy initiatives.
At Pathway, Allyssa is a welcoming presence for clients and plays an integral role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include compliance support, vendor relations, operational coordination, and the planning of both on-site and off-site events.
She brings a strong sense of care and community to her work, shaped by her love of travel, family, and meaningful connection. Allyssa is passionate about giving back and has long supported charitable causes across Vermont, North Carolina, and Washington, DC. She is a long-time volunteer with the American Red Cross and with ALS fundraising.
Allyssa is embracing a period of reflection and personal growth as she navigates a new chapter in her life. She lives in Burlington with her son and their cat.
